For spring break this year, Pein took the Akatsuki to Colonial Williamsburg in Virginia; apparently he wanted an educational trip. They took this group shot in front of the Capitol building - a favorite spot for tourist photos - after they took the tour.
Yes, they all have tricorn hats - Pein got them as mementos of their trip. (Kakuzu was not happy about the expense! )
Tobi chose to wear the stuffed cat he got, rather than his hat, because the cat fits comfortably on his head and, according to him, "Obadiah likes to have his picture taken!" (I have an "Obadiah" and I'd agree with Tobi on both counts. )
Deidara was NOT happy that Pein wouldn't let them spend a day at Busch Gardens (which is nearby), but he did enjoy the musket firing demonstration because "they're loud, un!"
Zetsu liked the herb gardens; Sasori enjoyed The Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Folk Art Museum; Hidan thought the Bruton Parish churchyard was rather interesting; Kisame loved the food at Christiana Campbell's Tavern; Konan thought the costumes were beautiful; Pein was unexpectedly fascinated by the archaeology dig. Itachi said "hn," which I have decided meant that he had a good enough time. So overall, everybody enjoyed their trip!
On a personal note, this is the first time I've ever tried drawing a pic with more than two people! Proportions are kinda iffy in places - constructive criticism is always appreciated! This is also the first time I've ever drawn Kakuzu, Hidan, Pein, Konan and Tobi, and only the second time I've drawn Itachi (at least I didn't give him chipmunk cheeks this time ). It was fun - I need more practice!
By the way, I have no idea why Kakuzu is wearing an "Ireland" t-shirt - or where he'd even get such a thing. I will point out that Deidara's sneakers have flames on them (they show up better in person)!
As always, all those Akatsuki peeps belong to Masashi Kishimoto. (But they're still an awful lot of fun to play with! )
I'M NOT WORTHY!!!!!! no wonder you've been too busy to get on here i just don't have the words to descibe how great this is , so i'll just say this-- yeah--that about covers it
